I transferred money out on Tuesday 7th a.m. and Weds 8th a.m, both by BACS.

HSBC have confirmed money will be in my account tomorrow.

Roberta, did you get this person's name? Maybe I might have more luck with him or her!!

Just a serious case of attention seeking, methinks. And we know how to deal with that.

Obviously - loosing money must do this to some people !
  • Ha ha....intotheether , you're hilarious ! Well done...
  • If we do get good news, Nationwide, my bank, will be the last to tell me about it. The other week I got a BACS through to my account and on the same day they said they knew nothing about it! I emailed back to say "can't your read?" and they emailed back just saying "sorry we didn't notice". How sad can a bank get? And all that money from savers they hold too! Do they deserve it -I think not.
  • Aww....it's all been deleted....such a shame....

someone questioned delays in manual payments? When I spoke to ING early this morning I was told that the withdrawals that had been activated online would be in our accounts by Fri close of business but there could be some delay in those that were made by telephone to KE. I assume that those of you who broke your fixed terms did so by phone? It's possible then that those may fall into the 'manual' payments catagory. Is this helpful or just bad news? sorry but thought it may be of interest.
  • Oh no I was so missing those posts from the ether person!
