Sounds to me that there's some kind of system error going on there, so rather than end up with a unwanted double withdrawal, I'd be inclined to give them a call if you cannot secure message them. Good luck ...;)

To be sure that your withdrawal request has definitely gone through, you should be taken to a new confirmation screen with the words "Print Confirmation" and "Finished" at the bottom. Once I even had to click on the "Make Payment" icon for up to three times before the system finally woke up. There seems to be a software bug with KE's IT system I think. Anyhow, the answer is yes, you should see the withdrawal amount deducted from your total balance once you pass the "We confirm that we have received the following instructions:" screen. Cheers !!

Thanks for this. It explains why, when I called KE about the transfer (or lack of), the chap said he would do it himself - and it was later confirmed that it had been put through by a member of staff. I thought it was me (being pregnant and suffering from "mummy brain") that had forgotten to print off the transaction confirmed screen. It can't have gone through in the first place.
