Yes my transactions doesnt show the withdrawal I made.

Ive requested the withdrawal again, and again I have the confirmation but balance is still the same.

If they put it through twice then I would owe them money.

I've read and re read this helpful forum and it has been a real boost at such a horrible time, sometimes I've read through wine goggles, sometimes through black bags hanging under my eyes - but did I catch a post about money being in on Friday for all those expect those who had attempted a double withdrawal.

Can someone tell me, we phoned Tues to make a withdrawal by CHAPS but on Wed close of business our account was still showing the money was there, so presuming KE had not actioned our withdrawal we then tried again and eventually a nil balance showed on our KE account - SUPPOSE THIS IS CLASSED AS DOUBLE WITHDRAWAL - how long will we have to wait???

Come on guys, you may be getting your money on Friday but any answers for an anxious poster would be great - don't desert us now - we need you to keep our spirits up - whilst I can't wait for you all to get your money - imagine how I am going to feel on Friday if mine doesn't come through.

Anyone in the know - can they shed some light.

When you make a BACS transfer IN to your KE account it is initiated by the back that you transferred the money from, not KE or ING, therefore they cannot have been prioritising transfers in.

I'm not sucking up. I don't know either Martin or Dan and am never likely to. I'd have nothing to gain by doing this. Just making some constructive criticism rather than an inane comment such as yours.
