ICICI's website is always going down even when theres no panic. The customer services is crap. I can't understand what they are saying and I have been cut off mid sentence before despite being polite and paitent and talking slowly. Is this bank safe, whats its credit rating? I have a lot of money in there in its fixed rate bonds.0

ICICI is safe as long as you have no more than 50k, it is as safe as any bank in the UK, just keep it below 50k and you will see it again!0

Exactly my point - I don't mean to be rude to anyone, but honestly, panicking does nobody any favours. If servers are slow - all it probably means is that they're overloaded. Sorry if I offended, but I have seen a lot more offensive stuff on this site than what I posted!0
