I'm just pointing out that the majority don't get an answer.

Credit card or consumer rights section of the forum have the expertise , not here.

And if covid 19 holiday related then there is a new coronovirus travel section with existing threads about most companies.

I've temporarily closed the thread as people not reading this and still asking Coronavirus questions here rather than on the new dedicated section
