Content ... well to be honest, nothing stopping more than 1 person having same idea ( although if its a direct lift of an article ... can't tell mse servers playing up ?)
----
the " More" links lead back to mse... so suppose depends which way you look at it , actually provides more exposure to MSE, but would have thought right to state linking / to ....Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
WOW.........Very good spot.
Unless they have specifically asked permission from Martin to use his article (and he has agreed), this is basically breach of copyright. People seem to think that just because something is on the net it can be used by anyone. This is not the case, and it is very much against the law to do this without permission. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Didn't spot the links back, the popups were blocked by firefox

It would be fine if it was just excerpts and a link, but it is plastered in advertising.0 -
Normally if you use someone elses work on your web page, even with permission. It is good manners to acknowledge the source of the work. For anyone just coming accross this page, it looks like the site owner wrote these articles. You wouldn't know any different untill you click the links. Every article on this page has come straight from Martins articles. Even if Martin has given permission for them to do this. It is very bad manners for the site owner not to acknowledge this on the web page. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Thanks for this guys. It's the third one of these. And it is pure legal breach of copyright.
There's a big difference between publishing my info for free (as i do) and allowing others to use it. The intellectual property is about the main thing of value i have, so we persue such theft rigourously.
This one is now being acted on.

The above mentioned site is designed by this company, I put through .co.uk but it came back only with the .com info on it.

Is this site ok then, they say that the info appears courtesy of Martin Lewis. Has Martin given his permission or not?
