How do I return part of a 341 order to a shop instead of posting it back? I have way too much topcoat to use up! How long does p&p serum/handcream last unopened? I'm wondering whether to keep them and just return the topcoat to a shop. Will they want my 'receipt' and AC or will the delivery note be enough? will they want to know how much I paid? TIA
If you want to be a bit naughty, just take back without receipt and say it's an unwanted present. You'll at least get an exchange for something of equivalent value.
Or get hubby to return them for you, playing the "dumb hubby bought the wrong one" routine. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks for the advice - I may try and exchange for something that I can use.0

Does anyone know (re. pinkys) what is the least min. spend anyone has thought of to get one. The last time I was using the mitchum vouchers to get them, but this has finished hasn't it ? (or at least boots have put their prices up for mitchum). x

<mumble>Bah! A need for a new timing belt on the batmobile on Thursday may stop me jumping on the merry-go-round this time...here's hoping this till spit runs into November...</mumble>
Apologies if this has been discussed already, but does anyone know when the next No7 GWP is? The one that scorpiokitten (?) posted a pic of last week with the mini Liplicious and mini Jewel eyeliner included...Is that going to be the Christmas run up GWP i.e. middle of November to Christmas?
Also, does anyone remember a No7 nail varnish in the Stay Perfect range called 'Molten'? I bought a bottle last year and want to buy another for my sis-in-law's 21st birthday basket - it's a metallic gold colour, which does look like melted gold. I fear it has been discontinued but my hunt will continueDFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0 -

for £4.50 and 342. I got 3 but there were loads left, about 10 when I left at around 12.30.

I did enjoy last week's .com meltdown! I managed to refrain from ordering though as I don't need any make up (I sell Virg*n Vie so I have mountains of skincare and cosmetics)
I just wanted to warn any peeps who bought the mirrors to check that they work especially if you are saving for pressies. The one I opened for myself, the light wouldn't work so I checked the others which were fine. Could be embarrassing though if you give it for a pressie and it doesn't work and they ask for the receipt to change it!!!;)
If there are any Reading Bootsers who want to share info please pm me.:D0 -

They had handwrittern price tags stuck on the front with sellotape - my eyesight is really bad and I couldn't tell if it said £4.50 or £14.50 so I had to ask
Just checked my receipt and I was served at 12.15, but don't think they would have gone so fast?!?0 -
Hi guys, just had another depressing bootsing experience...
You guys might remember yesterday a couple of us were discussing about the Oral b toothbrushes, well, I reported yesterday that I tried 3 combinations (2 brushes) in 3 occasions but the vouchers wouldn't work. Today again tried 1 brush with 1 pack of heads twice, not working again, so finally decided to take the professional 6000 pack, which is NOT on any offer or discount, just full price at £39.99, but the 1500 points voucher still didn't scan
Nobody understood why, anyway this SA at electrical section decided to "add later" as it didn't make any sense, she tried the £5 elec voucher and ts which both worked, then she told me now the total had come to £29.99 so we didn't meet the £30 threashold so I can't use the points coupon. Was really speachless...
I'm not the kind of person who easily give up, and think this is totally SA dependant, so went to another till, I told this SA I had bad experience with finding a brush that actually works with the voucher and she said "oh you are the one who tried last week"!!She tried the points coupon, well, of course it's beeping again. She said she had to go and ask the SA in charge of electrical  She went for a while and came back, probably they knew it's me who tried twice, then she wouldn't even let me use total spend voucher from ACM with the 1500 points voucher  , I hadn't even shown her the £5 vouchers YET! She volunteered to take me to the electrical SA so that they can explain to me AGAIN! I just can't bear it any more and told her I've spent so much time there and can't be bothered.
Well, really sorry for all the complaining! Just realised all these bootsing experience way too stressful and depressing. For all the stress/time to plan a list of shopping and vouchers, and then try my luck everytime, I just realised it's so not worth it. I think I'm just going to use up all my points and shop somewhere else from now on
Sorry guys...0
