    I'm very new to bootsing so please bear with me if I make mistakes. I'm off sick at the moment and have just started reading this site - sorry if this is not the right place for this message. Before I say anything else I just want to thank everyone for making this thread (?) very entertaining! I did my very first .com order last Wednesday and received it on Friday. However I was sick in bed all day yesterday and they delivered the same order AGAIN. My dh has gone to check if they have taken the money out of the bank for both orders. I just wanted to ask your advice - what do I do now? I put the order in quickly when it was 341(before I had registered) so there is no order history and I only got a confirmation & despatch email for the original order not the second one. I don't want to call cs if I don't have to - can anyone help me please? TIA

    I should say that .com was playing up that day (glitches) and I had to keep trying to submit order after I got a blank screen the first time, then kept getting the message ' CMN..... The system is unavailable due to CMN.....'

    I had a look at the Benefit stand last week and didnt see any 342 signs only the extra 500pts when you purchased 2 or more items. I didnt ask though, as I was eyeing up the sharpeners they had hidden away behind a cardboard cut out, I was dieing to ask how much these were so I could get the extra points. :o

    If you have been charged twice then I would defo call CS im sure they will be able to trace the duplicate order and take it back, refund etc.

    If you hadnt been charged, I dont know what Id do, depend how honest you are.
