Thanks nic2075, I am a nervous wreck cos it was the 341 glitch! I'm just waiting for dh to confirm if they have taken the money twice but some people have said that they sometimes don't get emails until they have had the order (?). I keep checking emails to see if I get another one. I hope I didn't order it twice or more! dh will kill me I never spent this much money before reading this thread!!!

.com is so unreliable (thankfully or you wouldnt of got 341:T), if you havnt opened any of the stuff then im sure they will take it back, or refund in a store that sell the same stuff, but im sure you wont want to draw too much attention after getting 341. :cool:
let us know how you get on....im sure you will be spending a lot more after reading this thread :rotfl:its very addictive.

I'm sure if it transpired you have been charged twice (due to their mucked up website) they'll take the other order back no probs - wanna list what you got and which county you're in first though?

Everyone on here is so nice! I don't think I'm going to be a very good bootser though - I'm on edge all the time and it's not doing my blood pressure any good!!!
As I said I'm very new to this so my order may be a bit c*** compared to you experienced bootsers! I order 3 x p&p serum (I always wanted to try it) and 6 x p&P hand cream (winter coming up) and 3 x No 7 topcoat. all for #45.50. I hope Mr B isn't reading this! I'm in Berkshire (I bet someone will recognise me!)

Peeps have said this has helped when they're having problems with .com

If you look at the top of your browser (mine is Crazy Browser and says Tools)
click on it and go down to clear history
that's where you'll find your cookies

You can also set your browser to do it automatically every time you close it by:
Options
Advanced Options
Close
then click on cookies
