Does anyone know if the 17 make-up (sealed lip-gloss etc) can be returned for a swap? Or swap and pay the difference for a higher priced 17 item? When the lip glaze offer was on I bought loads of lip gloss - too many to use (unless I want to pout like pollsdolls ) and prefer the eye dazzle (to put in hampers).

Bearing in mind that it's ages since the lip glaze offer was on, lol, does anyone think there'd be a chance of returning the sealed stuff?? Or is it past Boots returns policy?

The £121.xx is your saving hun, not how much you will be charged. you will only be charged the £53.58, check the boots codes thread and see if you can boost your points.

Looks like a job for CS when they open. If you ring, they'll go through it step-by-step, or should do, and put right whatever's wrong. Don't forget to make a note of the any extra bonus points codes you might have used as they don't always see them and don't be fobbed off if they say you have to take delivery and then refuse or return. They can cancel the order there and then, and re-order at the right price. Whatever that is

Sorry ickle - didn't see your post. I wonder why there was no free delivery and no automatic bonus points? Btw, thanks for the post Krispiiduck - I've no spare room now or I'd have ordered some

It added the points and free delv, until it went through and took them off when I looked at "My orders"
I will give CS a ring when the open.
I had an 341 offer the other day, it was only £20 worth, but they didn't add any points at all. I was told they are still having problems with it all:rolleyes:

Just added a load to the basket to try it and bonus points and free delivery are showing ok here I think Boots dot com's having problems from what I've read, and the problems aren't in our favour this time

Best to give them a ring I think

Edited to add: No points were showing on my orders either, but they appeared via the ACM machine as a print out.
