I beg to differ on that. My double points voucher as well as my X points for £y spend clearly states that they can not be used in conjunction with storewide events.
Which is what the christmas events are classed as.

Hi guys,
just received an email from boots.com giving the details of 3 xmas events in one of my local boots.
if you can't make the oct one, don't worry there's plenty more of them!
Harrow:
3pm -9pm on
23rd Oct
13th Nov
27th Nov
More generally:
Event one: 23rd Oct
Event two:12-13th Nov

OOps looks like I was beat to it!

A few people have stated that despite what the extra points coupons say, they have in fact been able to use them on the Christmas shopping nights (most of our glitches involve coupons working when they shouldn't, lol). So it's definitely worth a shot if you were buying items anyway.0 -
Is it worth it to go to a Christmas shopping evening if you don't plan on spending 50 quid for the extra points? The promos talk about demonstrations etc (which don't sound interesting), but also about prizes. Are there freebies and other things on these evenings that make it worthwhile to go even if you're just spending a few quid?0

I had to part with the purple no7 gwp that I bought reduced for £6.50 today. My dd wanted a birthday present for a friend. I have got the Boots curse too now. I keep buying stuff and don't want to part with it.
I went to Boots Friday and got the UG glitch I will try it when I have a day off. Also did the mens no7 3 for 2 and free gwp.
I really must stay away as I spent £45of real money. But I have got another pinky so....Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

Ooo its been a while since I last properly been on MSE site, and so out of the boots loophole. was only prompted to have a peep because received some mailings from boots. But was wondering if the old loopholes still work eg 2 different half price vouchers for the boots baby skincare vouchers, and are the £5 make-up vouchers from boots work on no7 toners or are they classed as skincare and not make-up??
