I got 3 invites to give my opinion.

One of them was 'spend £5 and get a voucher. When you have 10 vouchers, get a free soft toy'

Bet they wouldn't get much uptake on 'spend £50 and get a free teddy'!!

    :rotfl:

They did that about 5 or 6 years ago. Free jungle soft with every £xx & £yy spent.

I still have loads of them upstairs. There were 2 sizes of elephants, zebra, giraffe ? and something else (tiger). elephant.jpg

Cute at first then everyone became sick of them.  NOT a good idea, I hope they dont bring them back again.

No good to give as presents as everyone had them, and knew that they were free at Boots. They (Boots) were also selling them , but I dont think many were sold. I am sure that there are millions all over the country still with their tags on. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh Polls he looks Lush. Eyes look like he needs a hug to me.
MI had 3 surveys but only did one.
My promo was buy one of each promo a-f & get a £10 voucher.
  • I'd love any 'teddy' promo, my girls are 2 & 9 and they both love a new soft toy that matches for xmas - this would be ideal!

They are cute, but I would much prefer 500pts!!

Another of my surveys was 15 pts per £ when you spend over £15. I replied that perhaps boots should consider this as a long term permanent offer.

I remember the loony toons promotion - it was Autumn 2004 and I asked for people at the place I was working at to give me any spare tokens they had and I got loads, got a whole bag of the toys and donated them to the local paper's appeal for toys for children living in the local refuge - better than people just throwing all the little tokens away as you had to spend a lot to get a toy.

  • I had the best Boots sesh today thanks to a very helpful SA.

I got the S&G GWP, Time Delay day cream (300pts), 17 foundation (free blusher and dazzle eyeshadow) and Umberto Gianni glitch.

Was about to get No 7 radiance concealer (300pts) when No 7 SA told me to go and pay for my stuff then come back with my pinkie and she would put the No 7 stuff through.

She put the concealer through then gave me another pinkie, so I got 3-4-2 on the men's No 7 stuff, plus GWP, put through with pinkie, got ANOTHER pinkie.

Plus double points and extra points (can't remember how many) for spending over £30.

I was really chuffed as I have dyscalculia which means I get all baffled with numbers and generally thinking logically.

Christmas pressies plus treats for me. This was all at Boots Silverlink which is now massive huge.

  • I've just been looking through the T's & C's on dot com as you do and came across this http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?storeId=10052&categoryId=27344#question11

Does this mean that dot com will have blogs and forums in the future?
Does it mean they already have them and I'm missing something?
Does anyone know more about them?
Is this the way to Amarillo?

Elephant, tiger, leopard, zebra, rhino and a giraffe. Six small ones and two large ones, (one was an elephant) though I'm darned if I can recall what the other large one was.

My lads were quite small when this offer was on and their granny just kept on giving me vouchers to get them these animals. Goodness knows what she was buying to get the vouchers...I was wombling them and scrounging them off childfree relatives just so I could tell mum that I had the set and she could stop getting vouchers...then she decided BOTH kids needed a set. ARGH!!!

They're still all up in the loft, I think.

Edit: The other large one was a tiger. NO I did not go up to the loft to look!!!

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to return mens no 7? I bought an under eye stick the £7.50 one which I now know my hubby will not want and definately wont use. Any ideas? thanks in advance

SA dependant but i think so - I took back a no7 mens face scrub, still sealed but no receipt. Swapped it for a 342 & free gwp on mens no7. used a pinky and paid £1.50!
