Need to ask a question, but don't know if this is the right thread. Does anyone know if there are any vouchers or AM vouchers for reduced price sight tests at Boots? Booked in for tomorrow but don't want to pay £20:eek:

Hi
If you are not already a member of the health club, when you join they send you a voucher for a free eye test with you first mailing of vouchers. I know this isnt helpful for tomorrow but maybe you can cancel and rebook.
Claire
ETA the voucher only lasts a month or 2 I think so dont get it too far in advance
• answers will be short and brief like my fuse!

just checked my online banking and my gas/electric dd has doubled with no warning at all, from 70 upto 140 in one hike - told the bloke on the other end of phone he can shove it,
i will be changing suppliers - why don't boots do gas and electric, at least i'd get some points..............but then they would probably say i'm not entitled and ban my card as my husband is also at the same address lol
Part of the DD debit guarantee is they must advise you first of an increase in payments..(if it is any help if you change to Eon you can earn clubcard points)

The direct debit guarantee applies to all banks and building societies taking part in the direct debit scheme. It says that:

If there is a change in the amount to be paid or the payment date, the person receiving the payment (the originator) must notify the customer in advance.
square-purple.gif

If the originator or the bank/building society makes an error, the customer is guaranteed a full and immediate refund of the amount paid.
square-purple.gif

Customers can cancel a direct debit at any time by writing to their bank or building society.

I got voucher from ACM for a free eye test but only when you buy a complete set of glasses from Boots Opticians. Unless you want the glasses, it might be cheaper to pay the £20.

Although there was a D&A free eye test voucher knocking around and you don't have to buy their glasses to qualify.

Check out the freebie forum.
this months prima has a 'cheque book' of vouchers and it's in there

Anyone who has the No7 pedicure set-do the instructions say that it's not suitable for anyone with diabetes? I'd love to get one for my Mum as a stocking filler but I know she can't use things like foot spas which vibrate. I can't see anything on the website that helps so I thought I'd ask the experts.;)

It says this;
"if you have diabetes, circulatory or skin problems consult your chiropodist or doctor before using"

Sorry to ask, but could someone post a link to the thread with the website discount codes.

I've looked back 5 pages and tried the search, but cant' seem to track it down.

Thanks so much (promise to subscribe to it this time!)
