I returned the Sanctuary lipstick, it was still on its cardboard paper, sealed, etc. The SA said we don't take back cosmetics, its on the terms and conditions, but I will check with my Manager.

On this occasion they did but she said they wouldn't do it again.

Could you tell them it was an unwanted gift? See if you could swap for something else?

9.50 x 2 = £19.00
0.00 x 1 = £0.00 (3rd one free)

So if I spend another £31 on other items making total £50, can I then use my pinkie and till spit No7 voucher to get £10 off, and hence only pay £40 ? Will I still get the 1000 points ? TIA

didn't see any UG on 2 for £6 and certainly none of the sets
No clearance - apart from a few bits in the pharamacy - pills and stop smoking books!
Got a free eye dazzle with a £2.50 17 eye liner with the AC voucher

2 xBoots Organics Botanics nourishing body oil - reduced to £2.49 from £4.99 and a triple points voucher from the AC machine. When I checked though it had gone through at 3.32 (1/3 off) so went back and got a refund and put through again at 2.49. I initally got 48 extra points plus 24 I would have got anyway at 3.30 When refunded it took off 24 and then gave me 16 back -so I guess I got some extra points as I should have had 57 I think, and ended up with 64 - flippin eck I think it was worth it to get 7 points and £1.66 back!

Also got a nat collection masacra and 2 lip glosses - not 3 for 2 though and a BOGOF evening primrose eye cream with AC voucher

I had 2 £1 love to shop vouchers from a survey so spent £13.43 in total and got 150 points for

2 eyecreams
1 eyeliner
1 eye dazzle
2 lip gloss
1 mascara
2 body oils

Oh and a pinkie - and yes I know I could have split them up but I would have missed my bus!

In my experience, most SAs will take it back but usually only for an exchange.

(You could always take it back and ask and see what they say?)

I'm not so sure you can. I know if you use a voucher for 150 points on a £20 spend (or any amount, this is just an example), then you hand over other vouchers that take your total down to less than £20, you don't get the extra points. This could work differently as it's automatic on the till, but I tried something similar with an extra points day when you spend 30 quid, and I didn't get the automatic points.

Just had a quick visit to boots, spent some more points But also spent £3.99 on the time delay wipes, I actually like these and couldn't find any when the till spit was out.

I just wanted to mention that if you happen to get the 300pts wyb time delay in the mailing and you have 100pts wyb time delay on the ACM that these work together, so with the wipes I paid £3.99 but got 400pts back
Also, my store had a £5 off TD offer on, so there are few items you can get for just under £5 or just over. So if you use the vouchers together you can get 400pts back on these items too.
Thought it might be useful for people who use TD anyways

Just got S&G Righteous Butter 50ml for 57p in the travel miniatures section. Never tried S&G before, if I like will go back and get products and gwp - loads in stock.

Run out of pinkies already in Merthyr, didn't get the 20p off my meal deal with Oasis despite there being signs around, and, my points from the 341 glitch still haven't gone on. What should I say to CS?

No you wont, it works on the total after vouchers. (except brand coupons i think)
