    Hiya,bootsers

I have 2 x D&A free eye test vouchers which I'd like to swap for electrical tillspits, 2 No 7 pinkies.

I'd also like a 1500 points when you buy oral b toothbrush voucher if anyone has got a spare one.

Off topic but my local Asda told me they are stopping taking moc's from 3/11/08 unless you buy the product. This was when I was getting £2.50 off my shop with the combined mitchum coupons.

Mine stopped this months ago and refuses to take internet coupons as well

That should work fine, many of us have used a pinky and a till spit in conjunction on No7 items. I would guess 342 on no7 ends 4 Nov., as I think new offers start 5 Nov. I believe that is when the women's no7 gwp starts (?), and they don't have the no7 gwp and 342 on at the same time (unless it's with men's products, because those are new and they're trying to push 'em).

Hi Skibster, thanks so much for the information. I'm so excited now, as lunchtime I managed to get a pinkie (how many of us (including me) buy stuff in Boots, just to get a pinkie to use on a glitch and then spend even more cash ? I try to console myself as it was lunch and a deodarant (both that I needed) that I bought, I could have got lunch anywheree else, but the lure of those pinkies is just so strong !)

I am so excited to try the 'glitch' now !

I was tempted to try the offer at lunchtime but thought I'd check back on the Boots board to see if others had managed it.

Next question, should I try to cover up the 342 on No7 products using both a pinkie and a till spit, with other products in my basket, or should they go through.

Did you mention there were Self Service tills in the Oracle now .............. do you know if they would take both the pinkie and No7 till spit ...................... I always manage to get the sulky SA's, so these might get refused on a normal manned till. Any advice would be much appreciated. TIA

It's impossible to say if you should buy cover items, as it all comes down to your SA. I find it feels safer to get a couple little cover items for just a couple of quid or so (things that either don't require a coupon or require one you *know* will work, as it seems if it doesn't work and you have to ask them to delete the cover item, then the darn till won't delete it properly and it's a huge mess when you were just trying to fly under the radar!). I usually toss in dishwashing gloves and/or "feminine" products -- you know you will eventually use those pads or tampons, etc!

I have not tried using coupons at SS tills yet, and I'm going to give it a go with a simple, non-glitchy voucher first. I did use a pinky & TS at a manned till, though, with an electrical voucher to boot. :)
  • Let us know how you get on with the oracle ss tills skibster :) I may be popping there before the end of the month :) (could you possibly have a quick peek for me to see if they have any olay hand treatment in the old packaging? thanks)

  • don't forget you can get 4 mitchums (mens or womens), use 4 vouchers and spend £1 and get a pinkie!!!! Woo hoo!

    Hiya :)
Ok, got quite a few questions -
    1. Which shops in London give out no7 till spits rather than pinkies?
    2. Which is the best way to use my vouchers, got a £5 off R & M and £5 off no7 both from mailing, pinkie till spit and a normal pinkie - will they let me use them all together? I hate being refused and I always get too confused and end up buying things I don't need for full whack!

I'm sure I had another question but can't remember!
