A staff member of Boots has given me some of the 10% discount vouchers that are for friends and family but unlike the M&S ones they can only be used once. They are for 13-19 October, 14-20 November and 1-14 December but really I don't know if they are worth having as I think you could do better on the Christmas nights and getting the pinkies from the tills by splitting your order up.

I have got those too but mine do not say a minimum spend of x amount is required. so you can use one and still get a pinkie after the 10%. or likewise i imagine if you have a £60 shop on the xmas night you would still get the 10% off and the offer points cos the spend is still over £50.

Hi - Please could you clarify - was the "FREE BLADES WYB RAZOR" sent to you as part of the recent mailing (the most recent one - that has the £5 of electrical coupon etc)???? - ie is it a random coupon-some people get it in the mailing and some don't??

    ThanksXX

Hi columbo_addict, you are in good company. Love Columbo and Monk.

Yes, the free blades WYB razor was sent to male recipients of recent mailings and is completely random.
  • Just added 2 new codes for Boots.com on the codes board, you can go through link on page 1 of this board. 500 points on £50 and £60 spend

Mine do not say a minimum spend either but mine do have dates on them on which thay can be used and the October Christamas nights for my local area are 22/23 October and the voucher is valid between 13-19 October so will of expired by then, but yes you would still get a pinkie.

I was thinking it would be still better to split your £60 shop and get more pinkies instead of one and the £6 discount unless it was for one expensive item where you would get only one pinkie anyway but still get the 10% discount.

    Hello Judy

Its funny you should ask this question as my mum asked me the exact same thing today.

I think it is because boots have a loyalty scheme ie the advantage card where you can collect points and they issue you with vouchers which you can then use on items when they are on offer etc which creates glitches :D

I do not think superdrug for example issues vouchers and therefore maybe you dont get glitches in this store as often.

This is just my take on it btw

    Hope it helps :D

superdrug bring out a free magazine - Dare, every month or so. They often have vouchers inside. Also, now and again you can pick up leaflets/booklets instore with vouchers attached. You can find glitches sometimes (I've found a few in the past) but it all depends on the SA;) I have found most SAs read the T&Cs on the vouchers though, so it isn't easy getting away with a glitch in superdrug.

Theres a xmas booklet out at the moment. On the back page you will find the following vouchers:

save 1.00 WYB l'oreal excell 10 hair colour (boots gave me 10 for free last week, so I won't be using this:rotfl: )

save 1.00 on superdrug solait bronzer

save 2.00 on revlon nail enamel (love this:))

save 1.00 on l'oreal revitalift skin products

save 10.00 on T&G slim red hair straightener

Does anyone know if the scrub is any good? It works out cheaper than the one I use - specially if you buy it at £6.50, then use a No7 voucher and a 250 points, basically Boots are paying me to take it away so I might as well use it if it compares to any other decent scrubs.
No 7 mens face scrub is great - the scrub particles are fairly small and quite gentle (and I've got sensitive skin) and the foaming gel makes a mild lather.

However it's designed for men's skin (which is supposed to be thicker than women's) so may be too harsh.

My OH says the scrub is brilliant and he also uses the post shave balm. He has really sensitive skin and usually has a sore/red face after shaving, but since I got him these on the last pinkies, his face has cleared up. So he is getting the washbag and other goodies for xmas.
He says you only need to use a little amount, he also reckons he looks 10 years younger

My Mum received a BOGOF on no7 voucher in her mailing last week. She managed to combine it with the current 342 instore and got three no7 night creams but only paid for one. Plus she got the over 60s discount.
