Hey shrewdal
Yes you can. Just ask for an Orange top-up and the till will print a voucher with a number to key into your phone. You'll earn a pinkie too.0 -
Yes I bought two £5 top ups today and received two pinkies
I did this too on Saturday. I got 2 till-spits for £5 off No7/R&M (rather than a paper pinkie).
Does anyone know if I can use the till-spit with a pinkie (when I get one), to buy No7/R&M stuff ? I'm hoping to get 3 No7 lipsticks (£9 each), so would that be :
3 lipsticks = £9 x 2 = £18 (as 342)
then take off pinkie = £13
then take off till spit £5 off No7/R&M = £8 to pay ?????
Has anyone tried this, or confirm it will work ? When is the 342 on No7 running until ? And boo hoo no mailing (so far) for me (I did get one last time though ?) Thanks0 -

That should work fine, many of us have used a pinky and a till spit in conjunction on No7 items. I would guess 342 on no7 ends 4 Nov., as I think new offers start 5 Nov. I believe that is when the women's no7 gwp starts (?), and they don't have the no7 gwp and 342 on at the same time (unless it's with men's products, because those are new and they're trying to push 'em).0 -
Sorry, new to this, whats a pinkie please?0
-
a pinkie is the pink voucher issued by the Sales Assistants in Boots, they are called pinkies because they are pink. LOL.
the current pinkie is £5 of No 7 or R&M makeup. You should get one with any spend over £5 at Boots, excluding certain items, but sometimes you don't.
welcome to the forum :-)0 -
Went into Fort Kinnaird Boots today to get the kids and myself Meal Deals for lunch (The kids love these as a treat) and found the adjacent Clearance stand stuffed with all sorts of dirt cheap goodies. Which was a surprise, because normally they're a bit stingy with their reductions.
Got:
Botanics medium wash bag £1.00
Sanctuary set of four fragranced candles 75p x 4
Sanctuary Foaming Shower Mousse 50p
Bubbilicious Honey & Almond Bath Soak 20p x 2
Elvive Leave-in Conditioning Mist 20p x 3
FCUK Sport Shampoo 20p x 3
FCUK Sport Conditioner 20p x 3
Wet Ones Pink Wipes 10p x 8
Carex Hand Gel 10p
I then split this lot up between me and the kids and we each paid for our lunch plus some of the above so as to get three pinkies. As DS (aged 12) said, "It was embarrassing but there's no point in resisting you mum!". He was impressed though when I explained that we'd just got one vast bag of toiletries for £7.60 and been given £15 in pink vouchers back. Not to mention that the FCUK hair care stuff was all for him and that it would give him more street cred in the showers than using all the Expert Pregnancy stuff which I got a few glitches back, hehehe.
DD (aged 7 ) on the other hand knows exactly what Pinkies are for...cheap nail polish! So she refused to give me "her" pinkie, lol. Good for her.
One thing though was that I was feeling entirely too harassed to get out my voucher holder and work out if I had vouchers for any of the above. So at the risk of feeling utterly pe*d off with myself, did I miss any points opportunities? The till was bleeping left, right and centre though as the clearance stickers were not scanning well, so I doubt I would have been able to use many vouchers anyway.
Oh, and there was plenty left of all the above items even after I got what I wanted. These sets of Sanctuary votive lights would make good school teacher pressies. And the Botanics bags are lovely.
(Might go back tomorrow, come to think of it....)Val.0 -

Free Hydro razor when you buy hydro blades 4PK mailing voucher and HB magazine voucher works so you get both the blades and razor free but I didn't get the pinkie. SA did it manually.0

Haven't been Bootsing for a while but did well today. Got 2 x Davidoff Cool Water Wave Woman eau de toilette - half price at £10.50 and used fragrance vouchers so only £5.50 each instead of £21! Great for Xmas pressies :rudolf:.
Also used pinkies on No 7 Compact Trimmer & No 7 Heated Eyelash Curler which were both on offer at half price anyway. :rotfl:
Only annoying thing was I couldn't use a HC mailing voucher for £1 off any healthcare items, on Vitamin B tablets, but surely these count as healthcare? never mind, needed them anyway and they were on 3 for 2 as always. And tried a pinky on R&B Xmas mirror set but the till said no and he wouldn't override it.0
