Good afternoon flyladies. I haven't started today's flying lesson yet. But, I have had a lovely pampering day at the local hairdressing college. I've had highlights and lowlights and a fabulous cut. I'm feeling on top form now.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0

Hi everyone,
Oh dear, this is the first time I have made it on this week (this thread I mean).
I have been keeping up with my list of chores though so quite happy- am taking it a bit easier (as explained before but largely my back giving me grief).
Thanks Pigpen for the MACAW idea, still not doing exercises EVERY day but doing them more, so its a start in the right direction.
Today made an apple pie (as got BOGOF cooking apples in Tesco's) and looking for more apple ideas, might make another pie for the freezer if no other suggestions.
Does anyone know how to shift smells from a carpet (not real wool) ? It is in DS's room and reluctant to get a new one quite yet as he still young but this one smells a bit just now.
Ok, I hope everyone is well and enjoying (hmmmm ) this weather- hmmm think DS likes it though, got him some Iggle Piggle wellies too.
Take care everyone,

Have you tried ol' faithful Bicarb? what is the smell from? You may be able to use one of those spot carpet cleaners if only small.
