Right.. back from college.. so you can all stop fretting.. I'm not deceased.. lying in the road down here wouldn't help anyway.. there is a 20 MPH speed limit and speedbumps aplenty so other than bruised.. which I am already .. that wouldn't help..

You know about my flaling off the chair on friday and injuring my hip.. so my limpy walk made the other ankle hurt.. well the other ankle decided to give way last nigth halfway downt he concrete stairs at college so I went @r$e over t!t and landed in a heap on the floor.. thankfully!!!! noone saw or I would have cried.. as it was I dusted myself off.. went for a wee and went back to class.. in pain.. it appears I have done a small injury to the tendon that holds my toes on.. and my foot is quite bruised.. but I'll live.. it isn't the first time I have always had pretty weak ankles and tend to spend more time bouncing off things than I do on my feet.

I also have just found out I have a grand total of... 3 weeks to get my UCAS application sorted.. and I don't even know what I want to study.. going out of town is out of the question.. I refuse to do nursing.. that is a mugs game.. and some of the numpties they allow to pass the course I find abhorrent.. I am aware tat some are marvellous.. but if the element I am at college with is anything to go by.. I am NEVER going anywhere near a hospital again!

So.. !!!!!! do I do?? It is pointless studying this year if I am not going to apply so I need to choose something... but what???????????

So I'm having a 'brain in bits' day again.

I'm out this afternoon taking DD4 for her insoles.. so that should be fun!

good to see you on your hurt toes again! :j
dang about your course! what are the options!? what COULD you study?!
give us ideas and we'll help you :D
  • pigpen - 3 weeks is still 3 weeks - try and put it out of your head, if only for today - when you're having a muddle-headed day, you might look at things a bit odd headed.... and there's possibly the OU - most courses start there in Feb. Hope you're not too sore (but I'll bet you tumbled in style - are your nails intact?)
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

    I don't know..

I won't do nursing.. or midwifery.. or social work... I don't want everyone to hate me lol

I want to do something health/science based... not chemistry.. hubbys BIL works in the labs there and I hate him with every fibre of my being!.. and a few more.. he is on my 'die NOW' list.

Biology has always been bit of a passion.. I thought maybe bio-med science? .. but I don't know...

I wanted originally to do paediatric physio but I can't do it here and I can't travel over 100 miles a day to the nearest place that does.. I NEED to sleep and I NEED to speak to someone abotu this I think.. except I don't know nayone and right now I'd probably just cry on them.. rapid fire 'get a grip' tablets needed...

See... dingbat is what I is!

I can't do OU.. I want OUT of the house not more time in it! This is probably a good day lol.. I have a head full of soup!

The nails are still intact.. and that was the least stylish thing I have done in a long time.. it could only have got worse had I been wearing a skirt and landed with my bum on display!
