Kaupthing Edge - Unable to Withdraw!!!

I have just tried to withdraw some money from my Kaupthing Edge account but have been unable to.

All I get is a dialog box stating "Confirm Transaction" with the "OK" & "Cancel" butons. However, when you select "OK" the dialog box disappears and re-displays the withdrawal screen. I retried with various amounts of money (including with & without the decimal point) but to no avail.

Is anyone else have the same problem?

I know, I did try all combinations. I am convinced that it is Kaupthing Edge at fault and not me but I just wanted to see if others are facing the same problems and have reported it yet.

Tried phoning them before posting this up??
  • I was successful earlier but my wife tried after me and can't get the transaction to confirm on her account. We've emailed KE.

Why is everyone scaremongering. I am sick of it.

What the hell are you talking about. All I asked was if anyone else is having this problem! How can that be seen as "scaremongering"???

That's it then they must have crashed:p:p

!!!!!! Get a grip! A minor glitch and then you post on a forum?

People really are starting to look for any excuse.

I suggest you withdraw all your savings in 1p pieces and start swallowing them with meals.;);)
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:
  • For GAWDS SAKE!!!!!!!!!!

Posting a thread with a title like that at a time like this is about as helpful as a bicycle is to a fish.. Sounds like a bit of finger trouble.:D

I have decided that the above is too good to waste, and will be my stock response to the doom mongers!
