I have just got my TT One. I had a TT Go but wanted the better antenna's for faster response, smaller unit, direct postcode input ability and later maps.

My comments on the unit are that the car mount bracket is probably easier to use, but does not have an input for the power lead directly in the mount and therefore you have to drop the unit on the cradle and plug the power lead in every time you use it which is a bit of a pain.

also just got mine from cpw at £220 less 10% quidci and 2% amex card...

so easy to use .... windsreen mount takes 5 seconds ..dead easy.
don't have any problem putting one ewnd of lead into cigarette lighter and other into unit.

used it the other day to find me places in sheffield/leeds/manchester/rotherham ... got me everywhere first time

I just bought a Tom Tom One from Halfords for £219. They price-matched Argos who appear to be the cheapest at the moment - they are advertising the TT1 in the press for £223 (although on-line it still shows as £279).
