    Love the name 'Slinky':rotfl:

To be fair my boots last years (I have some that are 10 years old) and only get consigned to shoe heaven when they are beyond repair. I haven't had a pair of long boots get to that state more than twice:A I also wear boots heaps outside work.

And I just like them so there:p

lol - slinky is the last thing I am! If there was a pair called 'lumpy' I reckon they'd be more 'me'!!

Just done a list and it looks like I'll have to spend around £12 on my food, slightly over budget, but some of it I'll get to keep after the course so that seems a fair pay off.

I am totally knackered and just had to put the heating on for an hour as the house was freezing when I got in after my meeting at work at 5.30pm

DS2 had wrapped himself in a throw off the sofa to keep warm I said he should have put the heating on and he said he didnt think he would be allowed:o ........poor bairn:rotfl:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
