OK guys and gals - todays discussion (as suggested by Wol2:rotfl: ) - is it okay for bloke to have hairy nips - discuss?
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Here is your to do list - I am sure it's getting longer!
I feel much better today now that I have made a decision about my job, I just need to speak to my boss later on today. Study day today for me and today is an exciting day for me. In yet another attempt to get myself less fat and more fit I am seeing a scary personal trainer.....I know this is not very MSE but i have cancelled my gym membership to pay for it....If i have the strength I will let you know how i got on.
Thursday Thingummies- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
Level One
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
Level Two
Vacuum the floor
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
Level Three
Clean 2 windows
Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
Extra Task List

Morning! (I won;t say "good" as its before 7!!)
Hairy nips?!? Bleugh...bleugh...bleugh....not even gonna go there (but if any gus read this who DO have hairy nips then I'm sure you are lovely people!!;) )
I've a busy day today, hence why I'm on here early. Got to have hair cut at 9.30 but before then I have to de-nit my nearly 3 year old. Discovered he had them last night. Hate the little blighters. Luckily I haven't managed to get them so am ok to have hair done. Little one will have to look like a yeti for a while longer though!
Then have to argue with someone on ebay - my items clearly state only post to the uk. She bidded from France and then doesn't expect to pay any extra postage. Grrr!!!
Anyway all, have a good day!!!

Morning everyone.
It's probably nothing but would really appreciate some positive thoughts today, we are taking Elliot to hospital this afternoon to find out about his heart, it's just a little heart murmur and most likely he will grow out of it, but nonetheless I am of course a bit worried
though it may sound weird I am sort of glad today is here - the appointment was booked a month ago and it's felt like a long wait. 0 -
Good luck Daphne, I am sure it will be okay but as you know you cannot help but worry about your little ones....
Let us know how you get on...
Jinky! forgot you were meeting the 'posh' one. Enjoy!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Moring all - very worried about my gas meter, I have a pay as you go and had the heating on low overnight and it ate £5.00!! Luckily they are coming to check it today, but not even in theses times can that be correct.
Miss P I am off to France on Monday if it is something light and small you could send it ot me and I could post it from there.

Morning everyong...
Got home yesterday to find a letter from the hospital asking me to attend TODAY at 9.40 to see the gastroenterologist. To be honest, I'd forgotten all about the bloody diarrhoea, sigmoidoscopy, biopsies and crappy result - small growth with a few abnormal cells - and the recommendation that I progress to full on colonoscopy and endoscopy (two grandparents had stomach cancer).
Teeny bit nervous now(1%), but am 99% positive about this... If it is bad news, then it is still really early, very treatable and with an excellent prognosis!
Wayne can't get time off work but I do wish my mum was in the country to hold my hand:o
DD fingers crossed Elliot is ok and the news is good.

Best of luck Cat - cant work out if you have and your dlon and endoscopy if not it is really not as bad as it seems, my daughter has had two the last one in June last year and she was fine about it afterwards.
