    i know i get muddle up at times being the village problem sound board. just to state im ok, but i do care about my friends, and sometimes things seem unfair, thats why i come her to get advice for them.

    Before we got custody of my step son i helped cover his expenses , bought clothes on top also .You should contribute to them as a step parent.
    I think all those amounts quoted should be halved.

    oh i just read your post again, just to say, if you had a job, your hubby wasn't working, (no fault of his own), you got £180 a week had to pay £65 csa, £75 rent £25 council tax, how would you manage,

    as a step parent that has no contact, the mother has poisoned kids against you, the mother has caused £800 worth of damage to your property , got away with it, would you pay £65 a week out of £180 wages ?

    Yes all bills should be halved ,i don t care about sky but still pay half the bill.
    If you half all those bills he would still have over £90 to himself (more than i get).

    the family also paid extra expenses as you say, there is over £1000 worth of teenage gifts in cupboard, xmas presents refused ect

    bills should be halved is a child a bill like gas or electric ?

    Your answering your own question How does one live? They don t theres two people.

    Sell the gifts and pay the csa.More beneficial to the children .
