The Royal Mail Surveys is a site that rewards you with stamps for helping them by posting tester letters back to them.
You then fill in a survey online telling them when you received their mail and when you posted yours back. They provide you with the necessary equipment you need (i.e stamped envelopes, addresses etc)

You don't put anything else in that envelope - but do add one of the stickers which has a bar code on it and says something like "attach this label to the envelope inside which you return items to us inside".
Does anyone else do this?
I only put the 'barcode' stickers on the large grey envelopes for returning mail and not when returning SMARTs..

I use to do this until they called me and said the instructions were not very clear.
They actually want one sticker on the large plastic grey envelope.[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I've been told by them you don't need to label the smart envelope but label the large envelope.

You are correct there is no need for a barcode label on the Smart return enverlope. They say this as when you get the Smarts you enter the 4 letter id code online so they know who its from. Thanks for any help and advice given
