You keep the smart to send out with your posting it will tell you when to use them on your online posting plan. It will show wether you nned to send them back if you go to the smarts section on the website.
no you only use the envelopes they send to you.

I did get post on sunday 3 test items and 2 bills - unfortunately so some posties were working but don't think every area had posties working.

Just joined this evening, hope it's not too difficult for my addled brain, need to save serious money next year, this is the start by not buying stamps (hopefully).

Hello. I applied and was accepted for the panel and received my training samples. I posted the first but when I tried to enter the details on the website, it would not allow me to. I emailed them and they said they were aware of the problem and would get back to me in due course.

That was about a month ago. Anbody got any advice?

ok so i've just recorded the smart. and i have to send it back to RI, am i supposed to send back the sheet with the R???. And am i supposed to send back the R??? even if they dont have any smarts. thanks

I joined early last week and got my training pack through at the weekend. Very pleased I am on it now - 1st lot due back next week.

Check the manage my smarts part on the website. It will know what smarts you have, if you have to return them it will be red over what you need to return otherwise keep them as you will be asked to send them with test letters.

Smarts which are sent back to Kantar go in the special Smarts grey envelope. You don't put anything else in that envelope - but do add one of the stickers which has a bar code on it and says something like "attach this label to the envelope inside which you return items to us inside".

The sheets of paper which have the stickers with the R-number on are returned weekly inside the envelope in which you received them. The collection of such envelopes and contents are sent off in the large grey envelopes - again with one of the bar coded labels stuck on the outside of the grey envelope.
