You don't put anything else in that envelope - but do add one of the stickers which has a bar code on it and says something like "attach this label to the envelope inside which you return items to us inside".
The sheets of paper which have the stickers with the R-number on are returned weekly inside the envelope in which you received them. The collection of such envelopes and contents are sent off in the large grey envelopes - again with one of the bar coded labels stuck on the outside of the grey envelope.
So the sticker sheet gets sent back in that big plastic pre paid envelope. How about the posting schedule and sheet with R???. Sorry if i'm any trouble2008 wins: Samsung NV20, 42inch JVC

I don't return the sticker sheet or the posting schedules.
The schedules must be disposed of correctly because they have names and address on them!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

The sticker sheet doesn't get sent back. That's in an envelope which is sent to you as a "real person" not a "test recipient". You will find they don't use the test initials on the packs they send to you.
I have no idea what a "sheet with R???" is. I thought you meant the sheet which comes in the test envelopes (the ones with your test initials on). If the "sheet with R???" is the posting schedule with names, postcodes, when and where to post, and so on - then, as the others have said, these are not returned but should be disposed of safely. They too will have reached you in the envelope which doesn't have your test initials on it.
Basically, if it comes to the "test initial person", it gets passed on to Kantar -except for the Smarts which are either placed in other test mailings you send or in the special smaller grey envelopes to Kantar if they want them.0 -

Ok, ill try and explain as simply as i can.
On your posting schedule, it will give you the name and address, date you have to post, what time to post, whether you post at Post Office or Post Box, the type of envelope, and if you have to put a SMART inside.
So, look at the first address on that sheet. It will tell you which type of envelope (small white, medium brown) so get that envelope in front of you. Inside will be a sheet of paper which says something like "please affix the R Number label here".
On the sheet with stickers on it, find the correct sticker. If it has a name and address on it, you have to stick that to the front of the envelope. Next to that will be a sticker which says R followed by some numbers. Put that sticker on the piece of paper which you found in the envelope. Sometimes the address wont be on the sticker, which means you have to hand write the address. Then log onto the website and go to Daily Tasks, then View Posting Schedule. Click on the envelopes details which you have just prepared and it will ask you if you have got the item ready...click yes. Then when you have posted it, go back online and click to say you have sent it.
You wont receive SMARTS until after about 4 weeks, so there isnt any need to worry about those just yet.
When you receive an item with your test initials, log onto the website, go to Daily Tasks and click on Enter Received Items. It will ask you if the item was received on that day, click yes/no, it will also ask you for the R number, which will be on a piece of paper inside the envelope, just type in the 4 letters, and answer the other questions.
Put all items that you receive in the large grey plastic envelope, this is to be posted back once a week (most usually return it on a Friday. Before you send it back, look on the sheet of stickers and at the bottom you will see a sticker with a bar code on it. Put this sticker on the back of the plastic envelope. This is so they know who has sent it.
Hope thats explained it for you.0 -
