True I often post my stuff at stupid times like 3AM and i always get a "queries to resolve" pop up asking me to confirm the time i posted,I believe the 'queries to resolve' are simply created by Kantors system comparing the time/date that panellists report that the test items were posted/received.. - nothing to do with the SMARTs themselves..
Regards

I'm new to all this, sent out my first 2 letters this week. Hope to learn lots from reading through this thread in more detail as time allows. Love getting the freebie stamps as i usually forget to purchase them and then my personal mail gets delayed. Very handy!Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

I tend to post mine in a hospital post box due to my shift pattern, etc and I have noticed that they sometimes dont get picked up till the next day or too early, etc. I just click confirm for the date I posted and leave it at that.
I get a lot of queries too - I think the service round here is probably quite poor....

Seems stupid doesnt it that they accept you after the questionnaire and they say they are full when you've entered all details!
