  • Just looked at my posting plan for next week, 4 items to post but 2 of them have to be at the Post Office (not postbox) luckily on these 2 days I will be passing a Post Office at the correct time but I don't live near one & have never noticed this before - anyone else? Do I have to post 'inside' the Post Office at the counter or will the box 'outside' be ok?

You just post in the box outside, no need to go in or queue
    Sometimes later becomes never. ...
  • I have a postbox listed on my account that is outside a PO, it's in the same postcode area as me but about 30-45 minutes walk away will that be why they have asked these be post at a PO?

You often get a mixture of post office & box posting and also for different times of day. This is so they get a good idea of the postal service in your area.

I'm sure I had to list the postboxes/offices I wanted to use right at the beginning. They only ask me to post at the ones I listed. Do you remember which ones you gave them? I drove round in the first week or so, gave Kantar the ID numbers of those I wanted to use (near home, near work,on the way to work) and those are the only ones that are listed on the website and on my weekly posting list. I'm sure they wouldn't want you to use those you haven't given them in the first place.

If that one isn't convenient you could add another post office to the list and always use that one instead.

  • There used to be a Post Office near me but now the 2 nearest are the one I mentioned above which I only go past a few times a week or the one in the town centre which is a different postcode area so I don't really have a choice if it needs posting at a Post Office.

I think you are meant to post in your own postcode area, as that is the postcode area they are monitoring, if you post in a different area it may give a false result for your own area if the mail is delayed, if you know what I mean.

  • I know that you have to post in your postcode area, that's why I said I don't have a choice if it needs a Post Office because I only have 1 to put it in because the other is not in this area.
