I'm getting very confused with all of this! I've completed my training and am being bombarded with stuff, some of which I've opened all together and mixed up. Hopefully in time it will sort itself. I've being trying to remind myself of the basic sending rules but can't find anything about this on the training page. Is it right that you just stick a R number label on the sheet and then the right label on the envelope. What do I have to do with the bar-code label? Stick it to an envelope? Where?

The barcode label goes on the big white envelopes that you send back to Kantar with all your recieved post in
I'm also concerned now that I may have thrown away something from the survey thinking it was junk mail like others have. Whereabouts are the initials put on the envelope? Or are they part of your name/address in which case I think mine are my own ones, not having understood the significance when I signed up.
    Any help gratefully received. Thanks

    Liz

Yep by the sounds of it you've your own initials as it will come addressed to your test initials ie Ms TI Surname

If you haven't received your posting pack for next week by Wednesday, I if I were you, would e-mail them or 'phone them, they will then send it out to to you if it hasn't been done yet. This happened to me about two months ago, but it went missing in the post.

  • I just logged in to record my posting details and saw a message about a special survey. It says you get £6 voucher for taking psrt. What sort of vouchers are they?

Surveys are dead easy to do and they are high street shopping vouchers.
