I've been really lucky with them this month so far, I've got the mis-delivered items survey to do again for £6 love 2 shop vouchers and two weeks running they've sent me an extra letter to post and given me 12 stamps for it both times,and I was only sending one letter for those weeks anyway :j

how do you know you have an extra letter to post how many are you ment to have ? thanks

They send you an additional envelope with a letter asking if you'd do an extra posting and included is a book of 12 stamps. Your not meant to have any, but it just happens now and again.
I didn't get any in my early days, it only started happening after about 6 months with them.

On another subject, has anyone ever posted something a week early? I really thought it was the 18th today and rushed off early to post a letter, that should be posted next week
Do i still fill in the details as posted this week?

yes I would just register it today and I'd send them an email to let them know as well,they'll probably be fine about it

normally you get a pack every week with your posting plan in it,what to send to who and when etc..Then sometimes you get an additional envelope with a letter asking if you'd do an extra one and the extra letter & stamps are in with it

I ;posted my first letter yesterday...However I forgot to record it on line until I remembered this morning...I've got another to post on Monday, but something tells me I won't be getting anymore to do:o

I sometimes don't record them online until the day after... Same with ones received, I had 3 in the post yesterday but didn't get in til late and couldn't be arsed to log on so did it this morning.

I wouldn't worry about it, they aren't likely to boot you just because of that, as long as you enter the data correctly, shouldn't matter that you are a day late doing the logging.

Im starting the third week of my training period, and in with my posting plan, envelopes, stickers and instructions I also got another 18 stamps!! :j

Is this mornal, or was I on the lucky end of a mistake? Hahaha, Im going to be sending the whole world christmas cards this year!

Ok need some help please. I have today got 2 packets from them

First
Normal (for me) envelope - 2 items to post out after 1pm but before final collection - this I know what I'm doing with. For w/c 20/10

Second
2 smarts, 18 stamps, 2 items to post out. For w/c 20/10 (again) so I'll have 4 items to post out in that week but have nothing for next week. This is my first experience of 'smarts' which do I put in each envelope? Will it tell me online next week?

I am still missing stamps from September, online is says next stamp run w/c 27/10 which is when I'm away (already had this on my account for a while) so the stamps I got today do you think these are the missing September ones or the October ones early cos they know I'll be away on that week?

Re the smarts, I have found that normally when they are sent with your packs, they want you to allocate them against specific letters and it will show you online which goes with which.

Smarts that come in test items from others are just added to your stock and you can chose which to allocate against items which require them (as long as that item doesn't have one specifically specified online).
