Maybe it is in case we send them off, thinking they are a new kind of SMART!! (Hmm, there aren't four letters on this, where shall I enter it in the system.....) :rotfl:

Today I got my first 'received' item, I have put the R number online & now put it back into envelope - what do I do next please?

keep it and send it back with any other mail you get in the week-use the big grey plastic envelope with one of the stickers from your sheet that has a barcode on it

Got 2 items 'sent to me' today

First - just an R number inside so I know I fill this online then put inside the envelope to return to RI

Second - R number & Smart, I put details online then I send the R number sheet & envelope back to RI in the big envelope but I keep the SMART - is this correct please?

My posting pack for this week never arrived. I emailed to tell them and they mailed back that they will mark it on the system. Now though my posting schedule on the website is showing red because it wasn't completed. What should I do?

Yes, that is correct. You keep the smart and you will more than likely need to send it out in a postal item next week.
