I didn't get a postal pack for next week as I had already told them I would be on holiday, when will I get the October stamps then as nothing arrived today?

They post the stamps out as normal.

I'd ring them, - I've found it much better to ring than to email for an instant answer. There's a lady there called I think Joanne and she's really helpful. She even rang back when there was no answer once when I rang, having picked up that she had a missed call which I think is very efficient.

I have been away for 10 days so back to normal receiving and posting now. But when I got home last night there were several letters and 3 Damart packets to sign in and none were on the list. Today I received another damart. Bring back the yellow label system I say as it is much easier. I now have a floor covered in damart catalogues waiting for them to be on the computer list so |I can log them in :rotfl: How is every one else coping with the changes?In theory it should be easy but in practice it certainly is much more work.

I've been entering the Darmart catalogues and using yellow labelsasit says on the website about the catalogues:

You may soon start to see a different & additional type of test item, as part of the business test mail that you receive. The Items will have a new type of pre-printed indicia "DC" usually situated in the top right hand corner on the address side.You will be able to identify these items in the same way you do for all other business mail. i.e. Initially looking out for your test initials and recording receipt information on the survey website. As normal, some items will contain SMARTs so please do look out for them, some may just require identification and for you to use the normal Yellow Label process to record receipt information.
Please look out for this different type of business test mail and record information as normal..

i have been doing this for months now with no problem. just been sent a sheet of yellow labels any idea what they are for. thankyou

Theoretically we shouldn't need yellow labels any more - I recieved some to but not sure why...you used to stick them on mail that had no R number but now you should be able to just select the image online so not to sure whats going on there.

It was easy to log the letters etc in when I used yellow labels but this new option you just click the photo of the magazine etc that you receive. But if your received item doesn't match any on the list it says keep them till that magazine appears on the list.

The system isn't woking this way for me still using yellow stickers and writing a number on.
