No, I post mine back on a Saturday, I think as long as you post it weekly (Fri/Sat) it doesn't matter. It just means if you post it on a Saturday they will get it on Mon, if you post on a Fri they get it on Sat, but they are closed on Saturday so it makes no difference getting there on Monday,

I always return my grey envelope on a sat as I work on the basis that no post on sunday - keeps the week together x

Given that only the "test initials" should not be the same as anyone who lives at the address and only the surname may be the same, I'm not really sure what personal details there are that need shredding.

Has any one been asked to return all smarts lately? I have. I think It may be due to the fact that i've been ill for a couple of months and items have had to go out on the following week or even the week after. Think they may be calling everything back before they tell me.

I wonder if someone from Kantar reads this thread?

In post #1651 i said i was 3 SMARTS short for next week.

This morning i received 1 SMART from Kantar to put in my stock and 2 test items with SMARTS in.

Probably just coincidence isn't it.

I was short for smarts this time last week and received one direct from kantar and another in a test item on Monday
