I agree - apart from letters from individuals & smaller companies, I often receive items from BT, Abbey, Lloyds and even the Inland Revenue. So absolutely everything with my test initials, go back to Kantar.

I used to post shortly after midnight and enter it on the system almost immediately. It seems to me a very half-baked system that asks me if I really meant that early in the morning, when a quick look at its system clock would have sufficed.

The 'new' smart I recieved a couple of weeks ago had been already allocated. I am still to receive the letter/envelope to post it and my schedule is until the end of March?

Wonder if they have forgotten to send it to me?

I was sacked too, after only managing to post two test items. Why do they bother letting you join in the first place if they know all along they have too many people in a given area?

The free stamps were still nice though...

I came off the training a couple of weeks ago, have been getting a lot more to post and ones that say to include SMARTS (touchwood this continues). However they've not sent me any SMARTs and every time I click to prepare them they say it's no longer a SMART item? This has happened to all three or four I've had so far, anyone else had this?
I was looking forward to seeing these "infamous" things.:p

I have had the same problem, I used to get quite a few smarts but now hardly any and have had to send letters out without them

It seems to be either a feast or a famine with SMARTS. You get more than you need and have to send some back for a few weeks then the following few weeks you are short of them.

I have one now that's been here for 3 weeks, no doubt it will be used for next weeks postings because, at the moment i am 3 short.

There is still time for things to change though.
