Can someone tell me what the sheets of yellow stickers are for? Just completed my training and had my first proper stuff to post - yellow stickers included in the pack but no explanation of what I'm supposed to do with them!

The yellow stickers. You use to have to stick them on test letters you recieved which did not have a reference number to enter. They have now changed the system though so items with no reference number are entered a different way so you don't really need them now.
Its mostly when you get magazines which don't have the reference number. You now pick a picture of the magazine. Its easy enough when you have to do it.

Methinks I'm going to be dropped soon too. Have not got any items for next 2 weeks and have been asked to send back all Smarts.

Just called the Help Line......seems my first package has gone astray......oh the irony of it!! :rolleyes: They are sending out another today with stamps and instructions!!

I'm in the same situation as a fwe of you on here.
I started my training wc 26 Jan, and my last training post was wc 16 Feb...I've not had anything since, my schedule is blank including next week, but I've not heard anything at all ?!
Has anyone in a similar situation tried contacting them to see whats going on?

I have had the same they said its coz iam on a 2nd hand id number and that was last wk and still not heard any thing!

One of my packages went astray last year - the irony wasn't wasted on me either!
