I am being lazy not looking up the training instructions so don't shoot me. How long do you keep a non R numbered letter before you post it back? I check every day and it is still not on the list. Is it 4 weeks or 3  or have they changed it? Bring back the yellow labels they were a lot easier and quicker than waiting weeks till an item appeared on the list.I have a misdelivery survey starting the week after next and that is the 4 th or 5th I have had since I started more than a year ago. Must say I like the £6 in vouchers:T

I've just looked on the training section on the website and found the answer for you it has been updated for items without r mubers as it has changed now :D
You will need to hold onto any items which are not yet appearing online and try and enter them the following day. If after 3 weeks the item is still not appearing online you will need to return it to us in one of our large grey plastic return envelopes.

Thanks will post it back in this week's envelope as it has been sitting here for just over 3 weeks.

AAGH! Just as I was happy to recieve my pack for the week of the 16th, and therefore am safe on the panel for now at least, I realised I had missed the last post for an item to post today! totally forgot it was even Saturday and therefore an early last post tbh, as OH has been off work, and that always throws my days out!!!

Now I know you just post it the same day and time the week after, but is there anywhere you actually have to log that you havn't sent it on the proper day on the website??? or will it be querying me to say I have post outstanding???

Cursing myself for making a schoolboy error when they are chucking people off the panel left right and centre!!!

    TIA!

Don't you just say on the website where you log the items you've sent that it was late?

Don't worry about it! Just post it next week - it'll show up in red on your postings till then but they most likely won't query it. I've found that as long as you put in dates/times you actually posted correctly (even if they're not the times requested), they're quite happy and won't query anything.

I don't know, as it hasn't been posted yet as I thought I had to wait until the same day and time the following week.

Unless I do just post it and say it's late then???

Thank you, I think the easiest option is to just leave it for a week then, and see what happens!

Just a little tip to anyone posting a week late, Do not click on posted today just c lick on no till you get a calendar then click on the date you posted the item then you do not get a query call a few weeks later. :)

You're correct to post the same day the next week. I have had to do this a few times when unexpectedly I haven't been at home and never had any problems. Just entered the actual day and time, etc after I posted it and never had a query on any of them.

Luckily I'm still receiving items to post but have noticed an increase in the number of smarts I have in received post.

Is this the same if you have received a SMART? I received a plain piece of paper with a SMART in it.
For some reason Im not expecting it to be added to the list.
    Thanks MSE!!
