Royal Mail Surveys

Here is a good tip. Outlook. I use appointment reminders on Microsoft Outlook to remind me to post the letters. I usually set it for reminder 24hours before hand to make sure I go on the computer to get the reminder before its due to be posted. Setting alarm on mobile phone is also another suggestion.
Good ideas. I use little post it notes and stick them on the envelope, just peel off before i post.0 -
How many times does it have to be said what a 'smart' is?
If you read all the instructions that are provided it is pretty much self explanatory!!
It doesn't take that long to read them!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I've just been asked to do the Misdelivery Survey again (think this is the 4th time) so I know I've not been kicked off!0

me too thankfully, I was getting a bit paranoid too as I've not been receiving very much test mail and my items to post were going down each week 3,2 then 1 as well0 -

Even when you read the instructions it is not really clear what a smart is till you get one - if you cannot make constructive comments just keep quiet :cool:0 -

To be fair if everyone read the instructions all these techincal helplines charging £1.50 a min to tell you how to turn your computer on would pretty much be out of business.0 -

helen.
just log in and click the training button and you'll find all the info you need there, it's all working perfectly now. They actually sent all that info to me in my posting pack when I started but that was over a year ago, maybe they don't do it now
Maybe we could have new thread for this as it's getting a bit long now nobody seems to read through it and so the same questions keep getting asked over and over again0 -
Hi there
i am wondering if anyone wants to donate any stamps that they don't want as we can use them to help to pay for postage costs of parcels we send to hospitals. We send knitted and crochet clothing to special care baby units and babies that who sadly don't survive.
Each parcel we send cost us £3.21

All the help we get is some much appreciated,
Thankyou to the people who have sent us stamps as they really do help

I recall not knowing what a Smart was when I first started until I got the Smart instructions a few weeks into training. Mind you, back then there were problems accessing the training section on the website for quite a few of us and I recall having to get them to email the training stuff in an attachment instead. I suppose if you haven't received Smarts yet it's easy to be a little paranoid that you're missing something.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0
