Oh no, not received my pack for the week of the 16th....... and received very little in the way of test mail aswell! (only 1 this week, I normally get more than that by now!)
Plus the smart I had today it said it didn't recognise and had to be sent back, I'm just waiting for the sacking email now!!!
Nah, I get smarts like that from time to time. Might just be that the sender put the wrong smart in the envelope or the battery has run out.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0 -

I think I am just paranoid I'm going to be dropped
it was quite an old looking smart, come to think of it!
Also who keeps writing the posting instructions on the front of the envelopes??? I keep getting them and think it's a bit of a giveaway to the postie as to what is inside!!! :rotfl:come on, own up!!0 -

A Smart is a small pack with an electronic chip in it, it records the journey of the letter/packet as it goes through the Royal Mail System to see how the journey of the item can be improved. I know this sounds mumble jumble, but I hope you get the jist of it. The main thing is to see if the journey of the letter/packet can be improved.hellypelly wrote: »Hi Im new to the postal survey and am on my second week of training just wanted to ask whats a smart? Here is a good tip. Outlook. I use appointment reminders on Microsoft Outlook to remind me to post the letters. I usually set it for reminder 24hours before hand to make sure I go on the computer to get the reminder before its due to be posted. Setting alarm on mobile phone is also another suggestion.0
