In the past few weeks i've had 2 promotional emails from smart parcels. Interestingly they were sent to the email address registered to my Ebay account. The only Ebay parcel service i've used is home-textiles & correct me if i'm wrong that was Shafti. So either Smart parcels is owned by or in partnership with Shafti or he has sold all customer contact details to Smart parcels.

Anyway, I'm not interested smartparcel man, this thread isn't for re-seller managers to come crying. I recommend spending more time improving your service, I've read three threads on ebay slating you, here is one.....and yes I know it's impossible to please everyone in this business and yes they could all be made up, but why would people go to that effort as you're just a nobody in a very big market. MHD arsed areound in here and went on the avoid list, they have just come off and you have just gone on. Sweet.

What I am interested in is:

1) How do you do anchors on here? Ie. there are going to be headings at the top, the plan is click on what you need and the page will scroll down to reliant bits.

2) payperparcel's cut-off is? Also any reassurances on the pre paid front, hallmarks of ppw, parceltree etc. pre paid vouchers are very risky as paypal provides no protection.

3) parcelmachine and this vat issue. are they registered or not?

I can't really continue the update without answers to this. If I don't get something soon we'll have to look at putting other people in there.

NB: we can have an exception here and it can come from the horses mouth.

I thought id clear a couple of things up.

Shafi has nothing to do with my company. Ive never spoken or met the guy and from posts on here i'm glad ive not.

I set this up about 3 weeks back with a vision to delivery parcels and so fars its going well. We have had a few problems but which new company doesnt. We have even dropped off same day as collection So not to bad. But we are getting there and the people who use our service are happy.

I was emailed by discountdeliveryuk and smart parcels to see if I could offer them a collection and delivery serivce. So thats why I have a banner on my site which you can click on to direct to their sites.

So this is basically that is what we do. We use our own drivers all with GIT insurance etc. So all legal and above board.

After the new year we will have a new site up (yes i know its awful looking) which will offer a range of services.

So if anyone has any questions please feel free to pm or post on here

That's fine. We'll leave it there and then judge you on any feedback from (regular) members here.

I'm slightly confused how you can set up and organise and national delivery network in three weeks even if it is utilising local couriers, but time will be the judge of this.

Nothing more please, and you really don't want to go down the spam route.

Well like I said its been a hard few week and alot of miles covered by drivers. We dont cover certain areas so it helps and we deliver saturday aswell:)

Once the new website is up and running I would be happy to offer any new customers 1 free collection to test the service.

That's good, put posting on here is spam.

I've have no problem with new and well run businesses, but ones that try and use here as platform is different. I don't wont see another post from you or any newly registered member mentioning goparcelgo. However I wish you luck and I'm sure if everything goes to plan we'll be hearing about your company the future.

seeing how smart parcels do not respond to my e-mails and are trying to keep the 2 x £7.49 claims I have in with paypal for the 2 failed collections maybe you will respond through this message board instead
