Can't help with a wii fit as I don't know how much it weighs but the 1.27 kg book can go 1st class at £5 (weight limit up to 1.5kg) or if wrapping takes it over the 1.5 kg it will be £5.70 up to 1.75kg. I sell a lot of books at around that weight and that is usually the best option. If time is not so important you can do a standard parcel up to 2kg for £4.20.

good grief!!! £54 quid up from £26?? The most I am paying is £47 (with TGE) and that includes insurance, - delivery through DHL
I was thinking of using DPD but something put me off (perhaps the website booking)

Although more than it was, DPD still offer the best value out any re-seller. They've gone back to DHL and they can only work with the prices they are given.

As ludwip pointed out, interparcel still haven't changed their rates (yet?). So you can still get DHL for £6.99. That probably won't last long, so make the most of it, but I get ready to be paying around £10 a parcel.

...unless you are sending everyday and then you can get a sub account from saletrack, freightsearch etc. (see the first post of the thread)

:cool: Hi AS, its just that the standard rate for DPD is £53 up to 25kg and TGE was tailor made for my 2 packages. I think £53 is a great price don't get me wrong but its the basic price and i have no need at present to spend that much. PS has the thread calmed down a bit since I was last on or.....

Could this be the answer? Discount Delivery UK, out of no where have got a £6.50 service! Sounds amazing. Anyone willing to try it, I've nothing to send until Wednesday but providing it is still available then I'll give it a go.

I have just looked at the DPD site. If I want to send a parcel to France I read it as £24.95 up to 31.5kg. Is this correct? Are there any extra charges? Parcel is going to be no more than 3kg.
