http://www.parcelbroker.co.uk has gone up to £7.99 for the 48hr service plus 15% vat. Just booked one and the total price is £9.19. Is anyone out there getting cheaper, please let me know as this is quite a hike!0

I think £8 is a fair price to pay myself.
PaulIs Directparceldistribution still with Fedex as I noticed that they offer European deliveries with the DHL?
Yes. I don't think FedEx's U.K network is good enough at the moment.http://www.parcelbroker.co.uk has gone up to £7.99 for the 48hr service plus 15% vat. Just booked one and the total price is £9.19. Is anyone out there getting cheaper, please let me know as this is quite a hike!0 -

What do you think is wrong with FedEx than?0 -
What do you think is wrong with FedEx than? We've been using FedEx for a couple a weeks now and few observations which might be of interest.
- Your first pick up may fail
- The ANC operation which they took over needs a lot of attention, drivers don't even have scanners
- The tracking in the U.K is pants, but catches up once it reaches destination country
- Delivery time is excellent however, 3 days to the States
- Customer service is also top notch, far superior than DHL
It was fine for us, and is probably fine for all businesses. But for one offs for domestic addresses it's probably more hassle than it's worth.
Edit: do know anyone else offering fedex?0 -
But it seem to work fine with DPD as they still offer Fedex0

but they're using DHL now?0

Oh yes, sorry. I didn't understand it.0

You don't know anyone else offering fedex?0

I don't, I'm afraid. If you are looking for international deliveries with Fedex as far as I heard they don't want resellers in their international services. It is quite difficult to find services to US at competitive prices.0
