Well i can't see how you were misled. It's not as if the shop told you the kit had the sponsor written on it, then you got home and discovered it didn't. If they had of done then you could say you were misled. It's not thier fault you didn't check before buying it.

Secondly as much as you probably don't want to hear it common sense would have told you that you can't return the kit after allowing someone to wear it first because it's no longer in the condition you bought it.

I think you need to just accept you messed up to be honest and put it down to experience.

Once again thank you for all your advice. i think I might have said in the first place that's what I was after not insults.There is a difference.
If we all had the attitude that one shirt wouldn't make the difference then charities wouldn't get anything. I have found out today that in fact £10.00 of the price of the shirt goes to ACORNS. Now although some of you are implying I lack intelegance ( you shouldn't really as you really don't know me at all!!) I now can piece together why they are selling the kits at £24 and Villla at £34. I pressume that non of the money goes to ACORNS!!Before anyone says why din't I by from the Villa shop , I thought they would be the same.hence why in my stupidity I didn't check it. Not being the suspicious type!!

I wont be writing to NIKE although thank you for your support. I was wrong to let my son wear the shirt but as I said the issue was that AFTER he had worn it I then found out that in fact the shop does do the bigger size although I had been told that it didn't. Thats what I thought I had been misled about.

Please don't bother replying with any more sarcastic back stabbing comments. You might find it fun but it's not what this site is supposed to be about. I am sure that even if Martin thought I was a complete idiot he wouldn't start to say things like some of you have...especially the comment about red heads!! :T
