My advice.... GIVE UP!
In my experience of these people (even with a GENUINE reason) you will get no-where. Their quality of staff is as good as their quality of stock - VERY poor!
The best advice is to not shop there! If you don't want to know my opinion, don't ask for it!0 -
Why did you tell the store that the kit had been worn!! Its your own fault.OH THE JOYS OF BEING SELF-EMPLOYED!! Can Travel,Will Work For Free!0
-
Write to Theo Pathetis, Beg on His mercy LOL
Otherwise just give up0 -
God, I have just realised that is is an Aston Villa top. Please do the right thing and put it out wirth the recyleable cloth and rags. No, better still put it on the bonny on the 5th November!0

You should have said
"I asked if it would have the sponsor on it before buying, and was told yes"
Does not conform to contract = refund
You should not have told them it was worn -if it was still in 'as new' condition. If it was no longer in 'as new' condition, you can hardly expect a refund or credit note can you?
Give up - losing battle
Tell your son -if he cares- it's his own fault for insisting on wanting to wear it, now he's stuck with it.0 -
Am I missing something?
The way I read it, this top wasn't bought online, the OP picked it up off the rail in the shop and took it to the counter to pay for it (because she spoke to the girl about the price). Seems crazy to not have a quick glance at it before paying0 -
But the CONSUMER deserves her right to moan and DEMAND compensation.
Give me compensation nation.0 -
Some people are truly unbelievable
They bought the wrong top, discovered this, wanted to exchange it and where allowed to and instead wore it a few times then tried
If anyone has a vent its the customer service staff having to deal with you0 -
Are you sueing for pain and discomfort cos your kid has to wear a replica shirt.0

Hardly applicable where the above is a blatant lie. He/she never mentioned the sponsor when they bought it. I realise you may just be offering a way that they could have got a refund but it's underhand and dishonest, unless of course you've just misread the OP (or maybe I have) and think they did ask about the sponsor when they bought it.Bought, not Brought0
