From what Ive read, people "double bag" them. Put the hot chocolate in its own separate bag/cone, seal it, then put it in another bag/cone and top with marshmallows, choc chips etcI might sound silly but how do you keep your chocolate powder from falling out??:o Im very new to the craft xmas stuff but trying hard!!!
