  • Hi Sorry to jump in on your thread (have been a lurker here for a long time). I am going to make snowman soup for 150 guests at a charity event to thank them for their support. I bought these icing bags from lakeland today which seem perfect for the job and thought I would share these with you £5.49 for 50 bags....

These sound ideal unless of course they have a hole in the bottom for the icing to come out!! Will you let me know as I have a lakeland nearby so would be good if I need some more (got mine on ebay as recommended here)
  • Hi Furrypig

There are no holes in the bottom of these bags and they are good quality too.

I need to get some little sticks/candy canes to finish it off but I'me very pleased with it.

    Hiya!
If someone is in the process of making some, or knows the info themselves I would appreciate it:
How much (weight wise) do you use of the hot chocolate and the same question for chocolate chips?
I need to do some calculations before I hit my monthly Asda shop - I don't want to be left with not enough or loads too much!
