The pasta -- if just plain dried pasta then yes no probsIf in a sauce then probably not.

:grouphug: to everyone who needs them today. Tomorrow is a new and hopefully better day
Today I made a shopping list and a to-do-list for the week from Thursday. BF has been really busy getting work finished for the tradeshow he'll attend from Thursday in the states. I think I've seen him about 30 min a day for the last two weeks when he popped in for dinner in between work session. From Thursday I won't see him for another week but I'll join him for a week after that on holiday :T:j:T. We'll hopefully have a great holiday and as much as I'll miss him, sort of do already, I'll have a week to myself when I can potter about the house and get some deep cleaning, xmas present making, decluttering, batch cooking, spreadsheet updating, budgeting and stockpiling done.
P.S. Failed on a NSD today, just had to pay 30 quid for airport parking for our holiday, but I guess getting the bus for the two of us is about the same.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

Aah, thanks everyone, and hugs to Redglass too. It's so awful when you dread going into work; I'm so pleased there is a light at the end of the tunnel and we're here to offload on too x
Rest up BB, hope you had a lovely day. I think perhaps you are taking this WL a little farsophiesmum wrote: »I need to look at other ways of simplifying my lifestyle - any ideas??

Hugs Bails and Redglass (and anyone else who needs them)
Nothing else to say today, so just hoping tomorrow will be better for you.0 -
Evening all,
Not much to report today, have done another party, went and got some more christmas shopping (will update my book), and am now going to bed.
I send my love to anyone that has had a rubbish day, I always use this saying when I feel like that: tomorrow is the beginning of the rest of my life.
Night night,

Just thought I'd give a little update. Today has been a NSD for me, which is good. Tomorow might be as well, lol
depends if i can be bothered to go to the post office to post two parcels. Feeling quite low today, so I hope tomorrow is better.
Hope everyone is okay xxBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I had a frugal(ish) spend today. I needed 2 round flat batteries for my bathroom scales, but at £4.50 each I didn't bother getting any. Until today when they were in the 99p store :T (ended up spending £9.90 though  )
Just popping in to say this made me laugh - why buy flat batteries, then I got it:o
I'm on a mission to clean the house so I don't have to spend all weekend cleaning and I might get some 'me' time.Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me0 -
Best wishes to all who need them, Bails & Redglass, extra hugs your way - blame that pesky full moon that's due on Thursday, I'm convinced that it sends everyone scarpering in the opposite direction to what they want!
Cha76Michelle - out of interest, did you have pethidine when you had frugalmite?
Marru - make sure the cows really are all cows! We arrived at new house today to find massive bull in the field next to us. As soon as the house got 'busy' he lumbered across and stood looking in the kitchen window! Janey will back me up here - the garden fence is none too secure between him and us! The calves are cute, though.
Mr Mouskie didn't seem to visit last night as everything seemed to be intact and no telltale signs in evidence. Today I made a start on the larder then transported all the tins from stockpile. BT engineer sorted out the telephone line and we didn't need anyone out fixing wires, it was all done from the exchange, so no installation fee, meaning an instant saving of £29.99 :T (After me grumbling at them to give me the special reduced deal, too!) Mr Arg0s delivered my special offer 'whirlie gig', so that'll get put in tomorrow, weather permitting. We defied the gale force winds and succeeded in constructing the new (cashback) coal bunker and transferred the coal and we've now got all the lightbiulbs changed to energy savers. The electricity people are coming out tomorrow to update the prepayment meter and the removals van will be here at 9am tomorrow morning to move the large items for us. Busy day ahead, so early night here.
Didn't see the little deer on way home tonight, instead, it was a rabbit that bounced out in front of us and there were ducks on the pond nearby. And the house at the road end has chickens!
I'll try to catch up whenever I can but I won't have broadband at the new house until the 20th as I'd to wait for a new phone number before I could order the transfer. We're borderline for broadband but will keep my fingers crossed that it all works out OK.
Got my bay leaves, peppermint and albas oil ready for tomorrow - I forgot it today! Mr Mouskie had better not just eat the stuff! :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
