I have now recieved an email from the medion contact (PM me for details) who kindly provided me with the tracking details, their contact on the website doesn't seem to work atleast they don't reply very quickly, they only dispatched yesterday even though I recieved notice of distpatch on the 2nd December and sent it out via parcelline, a handy tip to find out if it has been dispatched is to enter your postcode and order number in the boxes on

and it should show your parcel, they tried to deliver mine today but unfortunatley I was out :mad: got to wait till Friday for them to re-deliver .... cant wait

Hi Just Tried my order number etc on the online parceline track it and doesnt show up. You got those contact details, Ordered mines on Sunday and got an email saying it had been sent on the 7th but nothing yet.

Give it a chance, mine was also dispatched on the 7th (yesterday) and the email says between 2-3 days for delivery. That would mean either tomorrow or Saturday.

Got mine yesterday....

Not tried the Sat Nav yet but well impressed so far. Looks brand new. totally unmarked and all accessories newly bagged. Dont reckon this is refurbished, a return or excess stock probably.

Unit looks far better in the flesh than on website. Nice and slim, light, trendy finish. Like the removable rechargeable battery. Comes with a case and a pretty nice cradle. You couldnt get a reasonable PDA alone for this price never mind the Sat Nav extras.

well i am still waiting for mine.
ordered last tues.
wed 7th dec was emailed to say been despatched. still nothing.
called up guy told me he will look into it and call me back.
i hope that they didnt run out of stock.
of course they have taken the money though.

Hi Mate. use the parcel line link in one of the threads above. add -01 onto the end of your order number and you should be able to track it. Let me know how you get on with it.

on the phone he said that he thought it had not been sent yet.
as i said he did not call me back. prob ripped my info up as soon as he put the phone down.

medion phone line is useless and they are a bunch of lyers, twice they have told me they will look into it anf get back to me and havent.
i am convinced that they will just tell me it is out of stock. any advice as to where i stand on this.
they took the money and sent me a dispatch email


just spoke to them again today apparently it was ispatched today and should get here in 3 days.
