Anyone else having problems with delivery ordered mine on the 29th... Still Nothing recieved hoping it turns up tomorrow, can't seem to get any email response from them and their telephone helpline says they can't deal with internet orders as they are a separate part of the business

Looks like you've not received the letter that I assume you should have. I'll explain.

I too ordered on the 29th, along with two colleagues at work (all seperately).
On Friday we all received a letter stating that '....the standard authorisation procedure on the credit card returned a code to our system that we do not recognise.' Even though we all had the amount shown as authorised on our online cc statements, so it clearly had been authorised by each (different) cc company.

The letter went on to state that '....we ask that the holder of the card used to pay for the purchase sends us an image of their passport or driving licence to establish identity, plus a signed letter accepting all costs related to the order'.

We all phoned the manager who'd signed the letter (whose phone number and email address I'll PM to you) and questioned why the cc company had authorised, yet medion were making these unusual requests. He said it was purely for Medions purposes in order to prove that the order was authorised by the card holder. I had assumed that everyone who ordered had received this same letter, as we three had even though our orders were random and seperate, and our delivery home addresses are hundreds of miles apart.

Bottom line though, if you contact the guy whose details I've sent you and ask what he requires in order to process your order it should be on its way pretty soon.

If your order is saying completed then it should be processed and on it's way anyway; mine was 'open' until I contacted them.

Can you please PM me the contact number of manager. I haven't received my order as yet and their customer service department says they don't know anything about Internet orders. Sent email to them and no reply's.
