18866 connection charge to 4p (merged)

Thanks to Pricefighter on another thread, I have now signed up for 1899 as they accept direct debit.

18866 is getting poorer these days. I have had a few instances when the call has not "connected" properly and I have to hang up and try again, and I find later on that I have been billed for both calls. 4p+4p works out more expensive than BT if the call was short!

Will still stay subscribed to 18866 as you never know how things are going to change in the future.
